Quadrant Plastics manufactures only the highest quality plastic. Simply insert this block into the bottom of the mag well. No pressure is applied to the mag release when locked in place. The double step down design puts the load to the full length of the chamfer inside the bottom of the mag well on both sides, not just a small portion of the outside/bottom of the mag well like other blocks on the market. Some lower blocks have NO load bearing design and apply the full load to the mag release! Unlike other lower blocks, this block is multi purpose WITHOUT having to chew up both ends of the block with the vise jaws. With the upper and lower receiver separated, insert this block into the top of the mag well. Again, it locks in place. Now you can easily work on your handle group.
