Description: Browning model 71 348 Winchester carbine, used, in very good condition. I used this for close range elk hunting. It has a few scratches and dings, finish is not as glossy as it was new, still has gloss though. Metal is not like new black, light on edges, end of barrel, textured metal butt plate(pictures should maybe show imperfections better)? Plan on showing all in photo's. The wood grain is beautiful, like most that are high end, not like the lower end that are straight grain. I believe this is 1 of 4000? Made 1992? That is what I found in my research.? I suggest you do your own though! Never a bad idea anyway. This is top eject, so adding a scope is different, but not imposable? Gun loads on the right side, but I'm sure it can be shot either right or left. This was originally made by Winchester way back when, but is one of Brownings designs. I am very fond of this gun, it served the purpose at the time! I am on the quest of finding my last gun(hopefully)! I have a couple to many any anyway! This was a very fun gun, I shot it about 200 times is all, and was only shot 6 times before I became it's proud owner. I bought it just after Brownings limited remake.
