This precision tactical build begins with a NIB original Russian (Izhmash) 12 gauge SAIGA semi-auto shotgun with a 19” barrel. The incredible reliability of this weapon is based on the battle-proven AK47 design. Our master craftsmen convert this ultra-reliable shotgun into a tactical weapon. We relocate the trigger guard next to the mag latch, install a USA mfg. G2 customized trigger group (3.5 1b. trigger pull) and USA mfg. SAW military style pistol grip. We replace both the bolt hold open spring and the axis pin spring with custom USA mfg. springs that provide superior performance. The premium GUN-KOTE™ metal coating & finish we apply is simply the finest finish available; it is a $200 finish, found only on the finest custom built tactical weapons. GUN-KOTE™ was first specified by the U.S. Military for use on SOCOM Special Sniper Weapons (SPR’s) in 2003, GUN-KOTE™ is superior to parkerized, blued, or air dry finishes in both durability and performance. GUN-KOTE™ finish protects metal parts from rust, corrosion, & scratches and will not break down, peel or dissolve. In fact, once applied and thermal-cured, the only way to remove it is through abrasive blasting. GUN-KOTE™ is resistant to all known gun solvents, oils, acids, and thinners. GUN-KOTE™ is a highly specialized, hard, abrasion resistant coating that meets ALL military specifications for protective coatings. GUN-KOTE™ is formulated to provide excellent impact resistance, lubricity (meets military dry firing specs), heat dissipation, chemical resistance, corrosion protection, durability, and scratch resistance. It is specially formulated for salt corrosion protection and meets US Military requirements for "Resistant to Chemicals". GUN-KOTE™ has outstanding heat dissipating qualities, outstanding temperature variation durability (+800 degrees F to -300 degrees F), and outstanding lubrication qualities (self-lubricating benefits from molybdenum disulfide). The USA mfg. M4 style 6-position collapsible stock has a strong aluminum tube and an ambidextrous swivel mount for single point/tactical slings. The USA mfg. aluminum quad-rail forearm is lightweight, precision machined from high strength aluminum alloy, features a hard matte black anodized finish and black rubber rail guards. We add a phoenix door breach muzzle break; this aggressive break will easily go through glass, drywall, and standard wooden doors. The compact red laser has adjustments for windage / elevation and comes with a machined aluminum weapon mount. The BSA red dot scope features a large 42mm objective lens with an integral mounting system and built in sunshade. The 5 MOA red dot has eleven brightness settings and easy click windage & elevation adjustments. Lens covers are included. The Intrafuse polymer vertical foregrip is ultra-compact and light weight. It provides a sure grip hand-hold and does not interfere with inserting mags or drums.
