This was made in Belgium in late 1800's or very early 1900's. I have shot it but I wouldn't sell it as a shooter. Its more a relic wall hanger unless someone wanted to put some TLC into it. The barrel is a little rough inside but nothing that isn't common for this age of gun.The action is a lifting block action called a Warnant action. Everything is there. When I shot it I had to push the firing pin back into the block each time I reloaded so the firing pin would clear the rim of the cartridge. I also put a piece of paper over the receiver to see if there was any powder flash and there was a significant amount. I believe that is do to the block being kind of sloppy when closed. That is where the TLC comes in. The thumb screws that hold the block on each side don't tighten very tight on the right side. A little tinkering could possibly make it a viable shooter. The metal has great patina over old bluing. I don't see any rust except the but plate. Its a neat interesting little gun. It is in better condition than most rifles of its age. I need $149 for it plus $30 shipping. Thanks.
