WINCHESTER M1 CARBINE – 30 CALIBER. Professionally rebuilt to "Arsenal Reissue" Condition by James River Armory, a highly respected Civil War and military firearms restorer, using the exact process that the U.S. Government Arsenal used, only with much more time and attention. Beautifully refinished – looks like a new issue rifle.

Winchester receiver with punch proof mark SN 5571721; original USGI Winchester barrel with Winchester proof mark, and with original muzzle crown, good lands, even wear, and no significant corrosion; new Type III walnut stock set with Winchester stamp, correct shape and finish, properly cartouched and with a new butt plate; Type IV M marked magazine catch; Inland trigger housing; Winchester Type II rear sight; Winchester safety; TYPE III A-marked barrel band.

Rifle has been head-space gauged, and all critical areas inspected; test fired and ready to shoot. Due to state variations, shipped without magazines. Add a USGI oiler and reproduction canvas sling for $20.50, shipped with the rifle. Comes with a one-year James River warranty for functionality. A solid rifle for collecting, re-enacting and just shooting fun.
