S&W K38 target masterpiece, pre model 14, not marked, 38spl, dbl action, square butt k frame, 5 screw frame, 6" bbl, Partridge front sight, blue, old style diamond wood grips, serrated front and back strap, grove trigger, wide hammer, narrow rib on bbl, 6rds, weighs 38.5, made 1946-57, very clean gun, cylinder & bbl clean, one scratch on trigger guard, small mark on edge near S&W on left, small knick on side side end of bbl, US marked, serial # K255XXX, used, we believe that this gun has been reblued at some time, we believe by the US armory.
