Travis, Crockett, and the other Alamo defenders as they stood before 6,000 of Santa Anna's troops on March 6th 1836 and made the ultimate sacrifice. The familiar shaped blade was forged over a 10 day period. The handles are turned from a Live Oak growing on the Alamo grounds. These knives are only produced when wood is available. The Lone Star appears in gold on each side. The blade is engraved "Give Me Help, Oh my Country". Only 1836 of these knives will be made in respect of the year the Alamo was defended.. Each knife is individually numbered and so engraved on the hand guard. Each knife comes complete with the display case and certificate of authenticity.
