Great cheap target practice. Built tough and hits much harder than the .177 version. I know because my neighbor has that one. Maintained and kept in excellent ++ condition, a like new Hatsan Supercharger 25 air pistol in .22 caliber. This is the most powerful and accurate spring pistol made. It is superbly accurate and with every pellet type I have tried (over 2 dozen types), front and rear adjustable fiber optic sights, adjustable QUATTRO trigger, and recoil reduction design. I have taken squirrels at near 20 yards and I'm sure it would be a good pest eliminator, and is a super accurate hunting/target air pistol. I can cock it across my chest (I'm 70 +).  A young/small person may have difficulty cocking though.  It's not all that hard because of the included barrel extension.
