I use a 12ga.Blank ct'g(as stated on barrel)using smokeless OR BlackPowder.I much prefer "black" as it is as loud as a cannon! & lotsa smoke!! Range is nearly same as using smokeless but more FUN...this was NOT made expressly for shooting Golfballs. I use a brass casing or plastic/paperhulls. This is a 2-3/4in chamber.It is EZ to interchange barrels as it is a "split breech" & barrels simply screwed in w/o using a barrel vise as was designed by Greener. This is a Martini action.Finish on both wood & metal is Original and nearly 98%. Casecolors a tad faded but NICE.This is sold AS-IS. See Greener letter. I much prefer the black powder as it gives a tremendous report as in a cannon..w/lotsa smoke. Impressive as hell and very powerful.I rarely use the 34in.12ga.
