Near new in the box MK760 9MM semi automatic folding stock carbine. SN R0052. Item includes the original 16.25” barrel, 2 8” dummy barrels, 8” barrel shroud, 2 36 round magazines, MK760 Owner’s Manual, warranty card and parts list. This model MK760 is a semi automatic copy of the famous S&W 76 sub machine gun. Blow back operation firing from a closed bolt. These are well made using a 100% machined steel receiver, ASI 4140 steel barrels and have a grey parkerized, non glare, and oxidation resistant finish. They advertise complete disassembly and assembly is possible in less than two minutes without any tools however this serial range requires an included allen wrench to remove the bolt assembly pin. Overall length with the stock folded and dummy barrel is 20.25”. With stock extended, the length is 30.4”. Add 8” for lengths with 16” barrel. Unloaded weight is 8 lbs.

This gun was purchased in 2006 from the Rock Island Auction Company. I have test fired it with 25 rounds, 5 rounds chambered manually, 5 from one of the 36 round magazines and 15 rounds from a slightly modified 14 round magazine. I have owned several MK 760’s and as they were manufactured, the clearance tolerances are often tight between the top of the magazine and the bottom of the breech bolt. This prevents the bolt from seating completely, firing and ejecting consistently. This gun fires and ejects smoothly when fed manually and from the 14 round magazine. As expected, it fires/ejects intermittently from the new 36 round magazine. The 14 round magazine used has the leading and top edges filed slightly to eliminate the clearance problem. It took me about 15 minutes to modify the 14 round mag. Buyers option to take the two 36 round mags or one 36 and the 14 round mag. These guns are rare in the original box. Included but not shown is the original brown cardboard slip over cover that protects the inner brown box. FFL required. Shipping cost based on packaged weight, size, location, insurance and $35 dealer handling charge.
