This is not a 'modified' anything; it's a completely original "Saiga 12 C" made at the Izhevsk arms factory in Izmash, Russia. It is not cut down or otherwise modified in any way. Ships with one factory 5 round and one US-made 10 round magazines, the original manual ("Saiga 12 C" not "Saiga 12"), original sling, and BATF decision letter. The real deal, not someone's science project - receiver marked "Saiga 12 C".
