Marlin 94 (1894) lever-action rifle in 38/40 WCF caliber. S/N 397XXX; post-1906 mfg. 24" round barel and half magazine. Open rear sight, (brass?) blade front sight. Straight walnut stock with curved metal butt plate. Small amount of CCH remains on the receiver; barrel bluing is 60-70%; bore is bright with rifling and no pitting; no wood cracks. Tight action, crisp trigger. Small dings on mag cap; wood has been revarnished at some point. $975 plus flat $60 for shipping and insurance. Certified funds or credit cards; add 3% for CC's.
