LG2645 Here is a family heirloom that made its way from Brazil to D.C., then to Texas and here to Tennessee, some time in the 1960s. From its G65000 range serial number, we estimate it was manufactured around 1969 – 1971. Garcia was the importer at the time, only in about 1975 did Mr. Sam Cummings and Interarms come into play. This rifle, of course, is a credible copy of the Winchester 1890 Gallery rifle, and it is labeled after the 62 Winchester that was discontinued before 1964. Surface wear and weathering are extensive, on both metal and wood; but its aging only serves to make it more like its surviving Winchester ancestors. Metal finish has substantial original blue mixed with brown patina, etchy brown freckles, and gun metal gray. Walnut stock and forend are well weathered but generall smooth with no cracks or gouges. Buttstock still pulls at 13 inches, even though its buttplate has been removed. A buttplate is not difficult to install anyway. We rate this rifle as Good, perhaps Very Good, sixty percent vicinity by our estimate, but photos ought to suffice for our shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. It is excellent mechanically; bore, chamber, and mechanism are all bright, clean, and excellent. Barrel measures 23 inches, with 18 inch magazine tube that should hold about 14 rounds of long rifle catridges. We’re offering this attractive, serviceable, and nostalgic-looking 62 SA Rossi for only $ 269.95. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Long Guns: $20 flat fee lower 48 states; $50 to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
