This extremely fine piece of history, made by ERMA (ayf42, WaA280) comes with its original sling, magazine and English translation of the German field manual. The finish is excellent and all original, except for one small blemish on the right side of the barrel, where one of the veteran’s family members took off rust with steel wool. The bore has no apparent pitting, the rifling looks crisp and it shines like a mirror. The internals look nearly new. Serial # 6909 Recently released by the veteran’s grandson for sale.
