On consignment we have a Colt Sheriff’s Edition 5 Gun Set of revolvers in .45 Colt. These are a complete matched set of Colt Sheriff’s Model Single Action Army revolvers with different barrel lengths: 2", 2-1/2", 3", 4" and 5-1/2".
The Sheriff's models are standard Single Action Models that are not fitted with ejector rods or ejector rod housings, so as to be more concealable. Each gun features Colt's Royal Blue finish and is fitted with rosewood grips, in .45 Colt caliber. The set is housed in a fitted glass top display case that bears the Colt logo and Sheriff's Edition logo, with the guns arranged in a circle around a Brass Sheriff’s badge. All five guns are numbered the same as the badge. All guns like new, never turned or cocked, with original boxes.
These sets were produced in 1987, in a limited run of 200 sets. This is set number 179, and the guns have consecutive serial numbers, 179SE2, 179SE25, 179SE3, 179SE4, and 179SE55. Serial number denotes set number (179), Sheriff’s Edition (SE), and then the final number(s) represents the barrel length of the gun. In photographing and handling of these gun, per the customer’s request, the cylinders were not turned, the actions were not worked or dry-fired, and we only handled them with gloves.
Entire set comes with original Colt factory glass topped display case.

In the case of multiple buyers for one item, customers will be given 24 hours to complete a transaction, after which firearms will be made available to the next buyer. RETURN POLICY: Intrepid Shooting Sports will accept returns on firearms that arrive other than advertised in the listing. Returns MUST be left with the transferring dealer. If a customer takes possession of the firearm, Intrepid considers this acceptance of the condition, and will not offer a return. Firearms returned for any reason other than damage or undisclosed conditions will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. TX residents add 8.25% sales tax.
