It was advertised as "New in Box" and "Never Fired". When I got the firearm it had scratches on the slide and major powder residue in the chamber. The bore was also filthy with powder and bullet residue. I tried several times to contact the seller to resolve the problem but was ignored. Stay away from this guy - he's one of the bad ones...
