Steel construction with 2nd Gen. Walnut grips. 2” Barrel, with full lug shroud, integral smooth blade front sight, Fixed notch rear. .225 serrated trigger, matching hammer. 6 rounds .38 Special, Not for +P. Factory walnut grips. 7” length, 4 1/2 height, and 1.4” cylinder diameter. Weight empty is 21 oz. Polished surface blued finish, checkered oil finish walnut.  Weakened Rampant Colt logo on the side plate, indicate that it was updated in the waning days of its home jurisdiction at Ramey Air Force Base, probably as a courtesy by the factory to the distinguished aviators.Surface detractions are moderate, finish freckling and faint grip wear. We rate it Very Good Factory Refinish, close to Excellent, 85 %, but photos ought to suffice.
