Exact revolver in photos. 7883000 range serial = 1965, 1st model. Traditional double and single action small frame revolver with transfer bar. Steel metal, walnut grips. 6 rounds .38 Special, Not for +P. 2” tapered barrel with open ejector rod. Serrated blade front and fixed notch rear sights. .225 serrated trigger with matching hammer. 6 3/4” long; 4 1/4 height; 1.40 cyl. dia. 22.6 oz empty. Finish is polished surface nickel. Grips are oil finish walnut. Domicile was Ramey Air Force Base jurisdiction. Minimal carbon, we estimate fired fewer than 100 times. No lateral play; .008 forcing cone gap, 5 # single action pull. Moderate surface wear, finish freckling. We rate Very Good, 80 – 85%, but photos ought to suffice. Transferable to eligible CA civilians and to C&Rs. NO MA non C&R Civilians.
