Steel barrel, cylinder, trigger, hammer, and internal parts built into a lightweight alloy D square frame. 6 rounds .38 Special, Not for +P. 2inch full lug barrel. Serrated front sight with fixed notch rear. .2375 smooth face trigger, with matching hammer. 1.40 inches cylinder dia.; 7 in length; 4 height; weight 16.1 oz. empty. Cylinder times correctly on full cock on all six positions, and single action trigger pull is a crisp and original 3 1/2 pounds. Cylinder has no lateral movement whatsoever. Forcing cone gap measures .009.Carbon and blast effect are minimal. We estimate it was actually fired fewer than 100 times. Bore, cylinder chambers, and mechanism are all bright and clean. Finish is polished surface blued steel, and gloss anodized black alloy. Grips are checkered surface oil finish. This revolver served in Borinquen Air Station’s jurisdiction as a Cold Warrior and Drug Warrior against Castro and the Cartels. It has Squadron markings on the lower right frame side, over one cylinder chamber, and underneath the frame top strap. Other than those, surface detractions are minimal, only occasional finish freckling and edge wear.
