Description:

Exact revolver in the photos. Charter Undercover marked Charter Arms Corp with no city stamp. 34000 range serial = 1967, 4th Year. Traditional double and single action pocket revolver with transfer bar. Construction is steel barrel, cylinder, yoke, pin, hammer, trigger, main frame and internal parts combined with an alloy barrel shroud and grip frame / trigger guard.  Walnut Grips. 5 rounds .38 Smith & Wesson Special standard loads, no +P. 2” BarrelSights are blade front on rib, with fixed notch rear. Trigger is .312 serrated face, with matching serrated spur hammer. Grip panels are factory walnut, magna service type. Weight empty is 15 1/2 ounces. Overall length is 6 3/8 inches, by 4 in height, with a cylinder diameter of 1.30 inches.4 pound single action, correct timing, no lateral play, .006 forcing cone gap. Finish is gray and white, down from an original blue and black. Grips are correct walnut replacement. Surface detractions are extensive as the photos show. We rate this Charter as Poor but functional, 30 percent vicinity by our estimate, but photos ought to suffice. Bore, chambers, and mechanism are all bright and clean, minimal carbon. This revolver served in the Caribbean home jurisdiction of Borinquen Air Station, whose operations aimed at Castro’s Cuba and at South- and Central American drug traffickers. Squadron markings are on its left side between hammer and cylinder. Obviously it was no stranger to moisture. We do not believe it was actually fired more than 100 times. Historic, serviceable, and even collectable. Mechanism functions correctly; only thing, the cylinder will come loose from the yoke assembly rather easily.       Transferable to eligible California Civilians and to C&R Holders. Not transferable to non-C&R Civilians in Massachusetts.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
