Beretta may be the oldest manufacturer of guns in the world, but they haven’t spent that time perfecting their triggers. Owners of Beretta 92s and PX4s looking to shorten and lighten their triggers can now get Langdon Tactical’s famous trigger job without the hassle of shipping their firearms.

The trigger is the primary interface between shooter and handgun. The pull weight, angle, and length of the trigger are all critical variables in the ability of the shooter to break the shot without moving the sights. This is the very essence of marksmanship in any shooting discipline.

Trigger reset is another component of the trigger function. A short smooth reset is vital for smoothly preparing the trigger for the next shot. Langdon Tactical Technology (LTT) has you covered.

Ernest Langdon, President of LTT, gets asked every day, “Why have you stuck with Traditional Double Action pistols in a striker-fired world?”

Ernest Langdon’s Reasons for DA/SA:

  • Confidence
  • Shootability
  • Inherent Accuracy
  • Reliability

Langdon has spent a lot of time working on DA/SA guns, primarily focusing on the trigger pull improvement. Since the distance of the pull is more important than the weight of the trigger pull, many shooters will opt to decrease the length of trigger pull of their double action pistol.

LTT is offering a “Trigger Job in a Bag.”  This solution from LTT has the same polished and stoned parts LTT would install in your Beretta 92 or PX4 ready for installation by any competent gunsmith near you.  For many, this means less time waiting and more time on the range.

92 Series Trigger Job in a Bag includes: Wilson Combat Ultimate Trigger Bar, Elite II Hammer, Sear, Sear Spring, Trigger Spring, Hammer Strut, and Wilson Combat Reduced Power Hammer Spring (12, 13, or 14 lbs. options).   Wilson Deluxe Hammer upgrade optional.  This kit is not compatible with Italian-built 92S models.  Price: $165-180

PX4 Trigger Job in a Bag includes:  Beretta Competition Trigger Group for the PX4, Wilson Chrome Silicon Trigger Spring (11 or 12 lbs. options) and a Beretta Trigger Bar.

As mentioned, Trigger Job in a Bag provides the same parts selected and finished by Langdon Tactical Technology in a package ready for a local gunsmith to install.  No longer do you need to ship your Beretta to LTT.

Price for the PX4 storm version would be nice to include since you included the 92 price point.

Will this work on a Taurus?

Sounds like a glock owner/women…. replace the real thing with vibrating plastic.

Yep, Confidence, Shoot ability, Inherent Accuracy, Reliability that’s why I shoot Glocks.

One out of three is not bad. Reliability, yes, the grip angle, not so much and accuracy, there are better pistols. Facts matter, glocksboys ignore the pistols weakness.

Glocks are not always the best options out there. You fanboys need to remember they are the cheapest bidder, that is why so many police forces use them. Yes they are reliable, the grip angle totally sucks, and the factory barrels are not accurate unless you have a new gen 5 with the better barrel in it. It all comes down to what feels best in your hands and how well you shoot the weapon.
