The metal surfaces on this stainless steel revolver rate excellent with only a very faint turn ring on the cylinder. The revolver has lovely 2/3 coverage scroll engraving, “V.S.P. 55th Anniversary Ed.” on the back strap and is signed “HURST” on the interior frame. The right side plate is etched with the 1932/1987 state logos and “1 of 180” under the cylinder. The unnumbered factory checkered walnut magna grips rate excellent. The revolver rests in a hinged walnut presentation case with a French fitted royal blue interior and etched Virginia state trooper facsimile badge in the lid. The key is no longer present. A nice limited edition model 60 decorated by a modern master engraver. Note VA residents take 10% off the purchase price to keep the firearmin the Commonwealth.
