Most accurate lever action I have ever fired. Bore is fantastic with no frosting whatsoever. Manufactured in 1929. There were only around 26,000 model 55's made. 24 inch barrel. Receiver has turned a patina. Barrel has most of its blue. Takedown works perfect and it has some nice grain to the wood. I can hit a clay pigeon at 100 yards every time with this old girl.
