During that time it received cosmetic damage as shown in the photographs. The thief transported the rifle with the bolt open, causing damage to the top of the stock. The rifle is equiped with folding express sights. It appears not to have been fired while it was missing. The barrel and action were clean upon recovery. It is in excelent mechanical condition. I received it from the Police in August 2010. The thief removed the scope so I have not fired the rifle. It has been locked in my safe. Cross-bolted recoil-lug. Controlled feed. Recoil pad.
