Serail number on this Winchester model 94AE is 5,248,000 range, estimated manufacture mid to late 1980s. The Angle Ejects came into play in 1982. Other than that feature, Winchester’s attempt to catch up with Marlin for hunting rifle purposes, it is fully traditional, bright blue steel finish and semi-gloss walnut stock and forend. Barrel is 20 inch standard length with hooded front bead-blade sight and buckhorn step-elevator rear sight. Magazine capacity is 6 + 1 rounds of .30-30 Winchester Ammunition. This 94AE is very attractive; and its only surface detractionsaare minimal, faint minute spotting on the receiver and barrel that is minimal; and light scouring at places on the walnut. We rate it as Excellent, since no more than 10 percent of its surfaces show any wear by our estimate. Photos, at any rate, ought to suffice so that our shoppers can judge finish grade for themselves. It is Excellent mechanically; bore, chamber, and mechanism are all bright, clean, and excellent.
