Drilling 16ga x 16ga x 32 Ideal. This is one of the rare American Drillings produced by Hollenbeck. Drillings were produced from 1905 - 1909. Serial number #138 places this shotgun at the early end of production. Stock is in good condition for the age of the rifle with various dings and scratches from years of use. detailed checkering pattern is still evident and visible. Rifle has Damascus barrels (26"). Bores are in good condition with no apparent pitting or degradation. Receiver and trigger guard have ornate engraving. Finish is mostly brown patina. Front sight appears to be ivory bead. Rifle set trigger located in front of trigger guard. Weight 7lb 8oz. Length of pull to front trigger - 14".
