Will consider any reasonable offers. Here is one of relatively few Polish Radom model P-64s to come into the country. This is a superb quality steel frame compact pistol made on the Walther lines. Manufacturer is Lucznik Arms Factory of Radom, Poland. This specimen was manufactured in 1972 and so marked. Importer is Georgia, VT. This pistol served in reserve with the Polish Federal Police. Type is double- and single-action blowback semi-auto pistol. Construction is entirely steel metal, with dark semi gloss blue finish. Double Action Trigger pull is quite stiff; firing the first shot double action will definitely be premeditated. Single action pull is smooth and crisp enough at 3 1/2 pound vicinity. Construction is entirely blue steel, with polymer grips and magazine floorplate. Barrel is 3 1/8 inches, chrome lined with 6 groove right hand twist, chambered for the 9x18 Makarov caliber. These pistols will usually function well with .380 ACP ammunition (I'm not advising this) Ammo 9MMx18 is readily available thru many vendors; they will not, however, chamber standard 9mm Luger caliber ammunition and they are not made for the standard 9x19. Overall length is 6 1/16 inches from the muzzle to the edge of the grip frame strut. Height is 4 1/2 inches from the top of the rear sight to the lowest portion of the magazine floorplate. Slide thickness is .832 inches, and the grips make for a bit more thickness. Safety is Walther PP style for the right hand shooter, and the safety lever serves as a decocker in the same way as the parent Walther. Sights are low profile frame integral square front, then checkered serration raised solid rib leading to a shoulder protected, dovetailed notch rear. Trigger is .307 smooth face, with a rather tight 15 pound vicinity double action feel; smoother two stage single action that gauges at 4 pounds. Hammer is flattened serrated spur .275 width. Disassembly is Walther style, with the trigger guard acting as a disassembly lever. Weight empty is only 21 1/2 ounces; this is one of the lightest all steel pistols on the market. Magazine is factory Radom, holds 6 rounds of 9x18 Makarov Caliber ammunition. Surface detractions are minimal with some bluing wear, with only faint whitening to the safety lever serrations and a few other faintly scoured places on the sharp edges of the metal, grip butt, and magazine floorplate. I rate the pistol itself as Very Goodt, 90 to 95 percent vicinity by my estimate; but photos should suffice for prospective owners to judge finish grade for themselves.
