From its original and only owner in nearby Dyer County, Tennessee, comes this very nice specimen of one of the best Smith & Wessons ever, the Model 2213 lightweight compact stainless chambered in .22 Long Rifle Caliber. From its 3359 Special Order number, this 2213 left the factory in Houlton, Maine, at the end of November, 1999, one of the last ones manufactured since the 2213 was sadly discontinued at the end of ‘99. It is in its original blue one piece box with its cordura promotional carrying case, its instruction manual, and its warranty card that has never been completed and mailed in. Serial number prefix is UAA. Specs are blowback action, single action only semi-automatic pistol, caliber .22 Long Rifle, one 8 round magazine, 8+1 capacity; coated aluminum alloy frame with stainless steel 3 inch barrel, slide, levers, and serrated face trigger; black anodized magazine release distinctively mounted on the grip frame front strap; dovetailed anodized three dot sights, drift adjustable only for windage; black polymer grip panels with blue steel screws. Weight empty is 17.4 ounces; overall length is 6 inches from the muzzle to the end of the grip frame strut; height 4 1/4 inches from the top of the rear sight to the bottom of the magazine; .676 slide and frame thickness; and 1.15 inch grip thickness. Surface detractions on this specimen of the 2213 are minimal, only faint amounts of edge buffing. We classify it as Excellent, 90 percent vicinity; photos, at any rate, ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. It is certainly excellent mechanically; bore, chamber, and mechanism are all bright, clean, and excellent. From our knowledge of its owner, and from the minimal insertion and ejection whitening to the magazine body, we estimate it has been fired fewer than 100 times. The 2213 is an abiding testimony to the ability of the honorable workers at the Houlton plant to produce excellent products. We’re offering this one for only $ 489.00.
