The 338 Winchester Magnum has the power required for any North American Big Game and was designed with the Rocky Mountain Elk and Moose in mind. The BOSS muzzle break tames the 388 Win. Mag. recoil while at the same time "tunes" the barrel to any 388 bullet style and weight to produce excellent accuracy. The three lug bolt functions with only 60 deg. of lift, making for a quick follow up shot if necessary. While this rifle is new in the box; it is part of a retiring gun shop dealers inventory that he set back for himself due to the rifle,s exceptional quality.
