The Freedom Rifle M4 from Palmetto State Armory is a great entry level modern sporting rifle that has features not often found in rifles at this price point. It has a 16" chrome moly steel barrel with 1:7" twist and a full auto profile bolt carrier with Carpenter 158 bolt. The upper and lower are machined from forged 7075-T6 aircraft aluminum and hard coat type III anodized black per mil-spec. The six position adjustable stock rides on a mil-spec diameter buffer tube. All this AR-15 rifle needs is a rear sight or optics and it will be ready to go to work for duty use, competition, home protection or hunting. Barrel: Chrome moly steel. Chambered in 5.56 NATO, with a 1/7 twist, M4 barrel extension, and a mid-length gas system. Medium profile barrel is finished off with a 13” PSA SR Keymod free-float hand guard, low-profile gas block, and A2 flash hider. Upper: Forged 7075-T6 A3 AR upper is machined to MIL-SPECS and hard coat anodized. Uppers include forward assist and dust cover.
