It fires the .41 Magnum cartridge designed by Elmer Keith, Bill Jordan, and Skeeter Skelton. Adjustable rear sight marked "MICRO". Poly-Choke(R) rib provides flat sight plane. Black front ramp sight. "Southport, CT" rollmark on side of barrel. INCLUDED WITH THE GUN: Ruger factory holster with company logo in beautiful, warm brown leather with retention snap and metal reinforcement, original factory walnut grips, plus second set of factory hard plastic checkered grips (installed) for much better grip. Also comes with Ruger-stamped factory holster Factory manual, aftermarket (H&K) plastic carry case and cable lock (IF DESIRED), no factory box or shipping container available. Working man's revolver: Honest wear, some bluing missing, drag mark on cylinder, grips a bit scuffed, but it goes BANG when you squeeze the trigger. Had it checked by top Virginia gunsmith (Northern Virginia Gun Works) -- passed inspection.
