Description: I first saw this pistol back in 72 when I was 12 years old. My grandfather said he took it off a captured SS Officer in a castle outside of Berlin. At that time not knowing its rarity or value we took the gun out and shot it. It ran fine and after the third magazine the extractor broke. There is still about 1/8 inch of the extractor left on the gun. The serial # on the gun is 1150 with both magazines # to the gun at 50 each. Also there is the matching holster that is marked DRGM. I would rate the gun at 90 to 95 % excluding the broken extractor. Also in May of 82 I wrote J B. Wood Author of the Gun Digest asking him for any information on the pistol. He wrote back and stated the were very rare and very few were ever made he also asked if he could borrow the pistol for a story and photo shoot. The letter and envelope come with the gun as well. Thanks very much for looking and bidding feel free to email with any other questions.

The first time I saw this pistol was in 72 I was 12 years old. My grandfather said he took it off a captured SS Officer in a castle outside of Berlin. I wanted to shoot the gun so we went out with a box of 32acp and fired 3 magazines thru it and on the 4th magazine the extractor broke. There is still about 1/8 inch of the extractor left on the gun. The gun comes with two matching # magazines. The serial # on the gun is 1150 and 50 on the magazines. The pistol also has matching holster marked DRGM meaning Third Reich or loosely translated meaning ReichFuehrer-SS. After the extractor broke the pistol was put back in the safety deposit box. In May of 82 I wrote to J B. Wood the Author of Gun Digest inquiring about info on the pistol. He wrote back in the letter say they were supper rare pistols and very few were ever made. Also he asked if he could borrow the pistol to do a story own and take photos off. The letter and envolpe comes with the pistol as well I would rate the gun to be in 92% excluding the extractor.
