PRODUCT WARRANTIES
All new guns and accessories are warranted by their respective manufacturers ONLY. All repair and replacement work will be honored by them. All guns we sell are BRAND NEW IN BOX (unless otherwise stated) and HAVE FULL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES. We will work with each customer to ensure they are able to take advantage of the manufacturer’s warranty, but we do not warranty guns ourselves.
New Firearms/Items: All Sales are final with Manufacturers Warranty Only. NO RETURNS. (Only exception is if we grossly misrepresent the firearm/item, i.e. wrong picture or description). All new weapons sold may have been test fired by the manufacturer. This does not constitute them being a used gun, if we list an item a Factory New, it is just that, new as received from the factory. All shipping fees and auction fees are non refundable, buyer pays return shipping and insurance to cover firearm/item being returned. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
New Old Stock/Items: This is a firearm that is essentially new in box that has not been sold on a retail level, even though it may be several years old, and an older model. Three day unfired inspection only; must be returned in unaltered condition. All shipping fees and auction fees are non-refundable, buyer pays return shipping and insurance to cover firearm/item being returned. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY/LEGAL OWNERSHIP LIMITATIONS
It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that the weapon is LEGAL to own in your city/state.
We only ship to the lower 41 states. If you live in CA, MD, NY, District of Columbia (Washington D.C.), Illinois, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Washington, or Delaware. I’m sorry. We’re not going to deal with the communist that run those states. Be sure to check your local laws or call your local dealer before bidding and ensure this model meets the requirements of your state.
Magazines that violate capacity laws will not be shipped or substituted. No refunds are given if the weapon is not transferable.

SALES TAX
Add 7% sales tax. Thank the 2018 SCOTUS ruling (South Dakota v Wayfair Inc).
Which basically made it legal for a State to require all e-commerce sites to collect sales tax for them, regardless of whether the e-commerce sites have a physical presence in that State or not.
