These are much tougher and harder than the molded “sintered steel” that Warne uses. What sold me is how tightly they fitted Picatinny bases with their square crossbolts. There is no slop, no rock, no wiggle. The detach levers are indexable. They are strong but also trim. Nonfunctional steel has been machined away. The finish is rust resistant mil-spec phosphate Parkerizing. There are 4 hardened schedule 8 screws that hold each cap over the scope. Used but immaculate.
