Description: Here is a very nice Colt Police Positive .38 S&W revolver. The frame is stamped "Colt's New Police" and the 4" barrel is stamped "COLT Police Positive 38". Based on the serial number, this gun was made in early 1908. This gun features the original "Colt" hard-rubber checkered grips and they are in excellent condition. No cracks or chips and the checkering is bright. The bore is very clean and it shines! This gun was well taken care of and overall this Colt is in very good condition and would make an excellent addition to any collection. More photos available via email.
