Construction is entirely steel, two piece scope rings with hexagonal recessed, Torx style screws. Finish is matte blued, to match similarly colorized rifles, bases, and scopes. On one installation, these left plenty of clearance for a 50mm Objective Scope to fit on a Browning A-Bolt, and with over an inch of tube length for eye relief variation with a one piece A Bolt Long Action base.
