Select Walnut wood. Nice gun!! The wood is nice with a few marks are shown in the pictures. The metal is very nice except for a small scratch on the barrel caused by a gun rack. Bores are excellent and gun is super tight. This is a rare hard to find SxS that will perform as good as it looks, and it looks GREAT. This gun is made in Japan not TURKEY and those are decent but the Japanese ones are better!! No barrel selector on the SKB Side by Side Turkish made guns, this is a quality SKB made in Japan. 6 ¼ pounds. Length of pull = 14" to factory SKB pad. Made in 1989.
