Manufacturer was US Made, Maker’s Mark is on the inner shank surface. We estimate this ring was made in the early 1990s. The center Sapphire has nice light coloration and its pear shape is very gentle, almost heart shaped. Mounting is 10 Karat Yellow Gold, and the entire ring weighs 2.8 grams. Shank is ring size 7 1/4, perhaps the original size. Since jewelry stores normally price their 10 Karat mountings in the $60 per gram vicinity, and emeralds and diamonds in $300 to $700 per carat range, this ring would command a regular price between $469 and $889.
