This shooting rest/ gun vise is handcrafted to look as good as it is functional, not some cheap hunk of plastic you need to hide in the closet when not in use. Works great for sighting in almost any rifle and even handguns. Two andjustable straps at front and rear hold firearm securely while shooting, soft felt at contact points eliminates damage to your gun, rubber pads on underside help to keep rest from sliding on smooth surfaces. One handed elevation adjustment at rear to allow adjustment without much movement or even taking your eye off the sights. Simply fold down rear rest and insert vise attachment and clamp down stock to transform into gun vise that will hold gun securely while cleaning or repairing. Holes and a recessed area in base work great for holding gun solvent, oil and parts without fear of losing small parts.
