Serial number 72,981 indicates this is a true - 1916 PRUSSIAN CONTRACT "RED 9" 9mm pistol with 1920 re-work stamping. No import marks. Matching numbers on the body, slide and grips. The bore is in excellent shape! Other parts must of been part of the re-work process in 20s. Comes with a wooden shoulder stock. The stock is not numbered and looks like it has been refinished with lacquer. The stock is original to the era, NOT repro or Chinese. It makes a nice complete set. Contact for more pictures.
