It is inscribed at the top "East Texas Q.H.A. Spring Circuit" and at the bottom "19 - Champion Cutting Horse - 80". This belt buckle is 4.875" L x 3.50" W, weighs 5.3 ounces, and will fit a 1.5" wide belt. The front side of the belt buckle is in excellent condition.
