According to the serial number, this rifle was born in 1922. The adjustable Redfield peep sights were installed at the factory and are original from Winchester. This rifle has a shorter “button” magazine tube, 38 inches overall length with a 20 inch barrel. In doing a search of vintage Winchester Model 94 rifles on the internet, no other rifle in this configuration could be found. This Model 94 was purchased, fired a few times and spent most of its life in a closet for eight decades by the original owner. The rifle survived a house fire and has some water damage on the finish. The rifle was sent to the McClelland Gun Shop in Dallas, TX for inspection and repair. It was test fired at McClelland and deemed safe to shoot. I have opted not to have it restored or refinished. The price is $2,400 plus $50.00 for shipping via USPS priority/insured. Additional pics are available on request if you provide a valid email address. This is a sweet and rare vintage Winchester Model 94. Buyer must supply a signed copy of your local FFL dealers license prior to shipping. A copy can be sent email as an attachment or a hard copy can be sent via USPS. SAFETY NOTICE: This firearm has been inspected and test fired to assure safety. Buyer agrees, by the sale, to hold seller harmless against any damages, injury or death caused by this vintage firearm. RETURN POLICY: This rifle will come with a 3 day inspection/return option. Inspection does NOT include firing the firearm. If the buyer decides to fire the firearm, the sale is final. Any returned items that require repair, the cost of repair will be deducted from any refund.
