Description: My father brought this Luger home with him when he returned from WW11. It has never been fired while here and has sat in a closet for all these yrs. I recently took it and had it looked at by a gunsmith/dealer and he stated it was a functional gun but wasn't in the greatest shape. He stated the SR# is 856 which means it was a WW1 weapon and was refurbished by the German Military for continued use in the German armed forces. He stated he felt it's condition was around 40% and the value depended on whether someone wanted it it as a "Shooter" or collectable. I would like to get around $800.00 for it. I have never sold a gun on this website, and if someone is interested please contact me.
