Description: This gun is a 1911 45 semi automatic gun 24 Karot gold plated slide, and nickeled frame THIS ONE IS NUMBER "1 OF 250" THIS GUN HAS NEVER BEEN FIRED, MAYBE AT THE FACTORY, BUT IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE IT. they were supposed to only make 100 of each gun, but the company had gone out of business, I several months ago talked to Steve Faler who was at the company at the time these were made and said he believes they only maybe made 30 of each of the guns and not the whole run……..I BELIEVE THERE ARE VERY FEW THAT ARE OUT THERE, THAT ARE ALL 24K PLATED AND NICKEL PLATED.......UNTIL SOMEONE OUT THERE CAN SHOW ME ANOTHER ONE...I SAY ITS VERY SCARCE..... his current company is I originally bought the “Proof” and number “1 of 100” and “100 of 100” When I received them I got “1 of 250” and “100 of 250” So I called the company and told them what had happened, I told them I was going to keep the mistake guns and wanted them to make me the correct guns, which they did and also sent me a letter explaining what had happened. So I am selling the mistake guns now in 2 separate auctions. also the gun comes in a blue velvet pouch and the original blue case...
