This item is a Winchester Model-12 chambered in 16 Gauge 2 3/4". The barrel is 28" long with a full-choke. If I am correct with the serial number, the gun was made in 1929. The gun has seen some use, but it is in really nice shape for being nearly 80 years old. It has been hunted with and has some finish missing at points, but it still retains a good percentage of the original blued finish. I am not a Winchester "expert" by anyone's definition, but the gun appears to be a nice original. I don't think the gun has been re-blued, and I don't think the stock has been re-finished. This gun probably has the tightest barrel to receiver lock-up I have ever seen on a model-12. This is really a nice old gun. Let me know if you have questions or would like more pictures.
