It folds in half at the forward end of the receiver, with the barrel assembly folding upwards and then back to rest along the top of the receiver and shoulder stock. No tools are required for folding or un-folding. The rear sight is a post with aperture which folds back against the receiver when folding the rifle, and the front sight is their newly re-designed removeable sight with a standard AR-style post that is adjustable for both windage and elevation. This rifle uses standard Beretta 92 family magazines including extended high-capacity, and comes with one 17-round Beretta factory mag.
