I bought this in the late 90s, never fired it, and put it in the safe. I don't see any import marks so perhaps it is a bring-back. I purchased it from Martin B. Rhetting or Red Star Military (across from MBR) in Culver City. The rifle looks unfired. The rifling is very strong and aside from a handling mark on the stock I don't see any flaws in this weapon-it looks like it just came off the production line at the Waffenwerke Brunn factory. Video to see the rifle Rifle has very strong bluing and the receiver and bolt have matching numbers (5414). Floor plate is not matching (almost impossible to read).
