Description: J.P. Sauer and Sohn Model 1913 Pistol LOW SERIAL: WWII Trophy

This pistol returned from WWII with my grandfather. I had been told for years that it had been rendered inert, only to find out recently that it is in full working order. It has an extremely low serial number (292), suggesting it was a first run gun. It is not military issue, but because of it's age and low serial number it could have conceivably served in WWI in addition to WWII.
