Description: This Yugoslavian Ceremonial Guard SKS Md 59/66 caliber 7.62x39 appears to be unissued and unfired. Rifle was used by the country of Slovenia for special honor and ceremonial military purposes. Internals of the rifle are still in its original cosmoline(exterior cosmoline cleaned off for photos). All serial numbers match: receiver, bolt , bolt carrier, magazine, trigger guard and receiver cover. The front and rear sight still have their original protective plastic plug and cap. It has a NATO 22mm grenade launcher with a fold-up ladder for use in grenade sighting. Bore is new. Comes with original factory manual, original unissued leather sling, tool kit and pull through cleaning cord. Rifle would be a good addition to a collection or a shooter if one wanted to start with a brand new SKS. Only a very small number of these rifles were ever imported. Credit card buyers 3.5%.
