This is an accurate replica of the High Standard HDMS suppressed .22 pistol, issued to and used by American OSS/CIA/Special Forces operatives during the cold war and Vietnam era. The outside appearance of the pistol is faithful to the original, but the integral suppressor features 6 modern “K” baffles for greatly improved suppression. The suppressor completely disassembles for cleaning. The first baffle is stainless steel, the remaining 5 aluminum. The host gun is a 1947 manufactured High Standard H-D Military pistol. Host gun was 95% condition with excellent cosmetics and mechanical condition. The host pistol was completely stripped down, inspected, then parkerized. Once build was complete, the gun was test fired with Federal bulk pack ammo using the one included vintage magazine. Other than the test-firing, the gun is in NIB condition, in both appearance and function. The pistol includes brand new walnut grips. New black plastic grips are also available.
